Before tubeless? Not that often, with correct tire pressure.
With tubeless? Never.

I've only ever gotten pinch flats on rocky stuff, well away from pavement.

Off-road is an even better place for tubeless - no tube to pinch there!

In over two decades of regular riding, I've had many punctures (well, 5 or 6 anyway), but never a pinch-puncture.

On holes in the pavement. Sometimes on curbs.
Not nearly as often as on stony roads though.
