How Corporations Convinced America that Litter is Our Fault
Littering only became a real public issue in the States after World War 2, when disposable containers first began to flood the market. It only became a real taboo 20 years later, and not because tree-hugging hippies felt strongly that Americans must hold their garbage until they find the nearest dumpster! When our rivers, forests and sidewalks began to overflow with trash, environmentalists went straight to the source, demanding that corporations put a stop to single-use packaging. But companies didn’t like that idea, shockingly enough, and so they created their own campaign: Keep America Beautiful, which placed the blame on the individual. If industries could convince Americans that litter was a personal failing, then no one would ask where it came from in the first place.
I took some pictures how I ripped out the unused satellite/cellular two way communications that were used to track my car. This was absolutely used by Insurance companies and their several hundred third parities for advertising and almost certainly #Palantir ICE Technologies. Location, mileage, and other basic usage information being transmitted every minute, and can be ripped out within one minute at shown here.
Locate, grab, yank down, and swipe the connector off. It is OK to break it if you never use satellite radio or the subscription emergency call service. You have a cell phone, right? Cut the cord, rip this apart. The GPS antenna for navigation is under the windshield in the dash and is unaffected by this and is only a receiver, so it may be safe to leave that intact.
By eliminating this two way telemetry, you eliminate other security threats too. Malicious hackers can no longer take control of the canbus, the cameras, electronic steering, brakes, remote ignition, and no longer able to remote control your car. Think I'm joking? Rip that two way communication system out. ‘I was assaulted:’ Florida Congressman Maxwell Frost claims he was punched in face at Sundance Film Festival
Frost said in a social media post that the man told him that President Donald Trump “was going to deport” him moments before the attack. The congressman said the man fled while “screaming racist remarks” but was later arrested.
Frost said he was not seriously injured. He thanked venue security and the Park City Police Department for their response.
Rep. Maxwell Frost, who represents Florida’s 10th Congressional District, said he was assaulted at the Sundance Film Festival after a man punched him and shouted racist remarks.

I may finally understand what is so damnably difficult about playing bagpipes in tune. - The pitch of the note is very sensitive to the pressure with which it is played. - Blowing so weakly it barely makes a sound is about a quarter tone flat. - Blowing it hard enough to be at maximum volume is about a quarter tone sharp. - Blowing it with the correct pressure to be in tune with other instruments is difficult to maintain without losing consciousness.
