Will it work, I wonder?

I hear many people saying that these ICE killings are murder, or something approaching murder, yet no criminal cases have been filed. Why is that? And there’s another insidious question: Why is no one questioning why no criminal cases have been filed?

It's not so much that people are not questioning, it's that the news is not reporting any questioning.
