Road rage suspect caught after viral hit-and-run caught on camera


A camera in Oregon captured the moment a minivan swerved across three lanes on the highway, hitting a motorcyclist in what police are calling an intentional attack. NBC News' Yasmin Vossoughian explains how the suspect is now in custody after a critical tip to the police.
