starbucks makes me angry
their tea is so mid and expensive but it's the only stuff on campus and nobody will let me use a kettle

@blitter there's the union but they don't have any kettles, and all the people I've asked just have coffee machines

can you just... bring a kettle. like would they let you give them a communal kettle (oc you now need to find a free kettle, but that should be doable)
in reply to blitter

@blitter i could probably bring one but transporting it back and forth every day isn't an option and it would definitely get picked up by security lmao
in reply to blitter

as in, it would be official student union property
in reply to blitter

@blitter our union is
frankly mostly just
- seating
- chain food
there's not much student in it lmfao

the one bonus of starbucks is that they have so much sugar in the drinks they can substitute a meal for an hour or two and singlehandedly solve low sugar for at least eight hours

@tk nice idea! be sure to take care not to plug it in until the element is fully submerged and to unplug it before taking the heater out of any liquid.
