Remember back when the state asked voters:

• If they wanted a new viaduct to replace the old Alaskan Way Viaduct or not.
• If they wanted a tunnel to replace the old Alaskan Way Viaduct or not.

And when both were voted down, they were all "Tunnel it is!" >:(
