Jalapeno poppers don't appeal to me purely because they typically use cream cheese, which I get the gag reflex from unless it's something like a thin layer in a bagel or in frosting. (I don't particularly like cream cheese frosting, but it doesn't give me the gag reflex.)

That said, poppers made with mozzarella do sound good. :3
