I have been eating mostly from scratch for over six years now. My goal is to get fewer than 20% of calories from non-scratch food, most weeks I manage less than 10%.

Low fiber, high filler ( got to find a way to sell the by-products )

All kinds of added sugars and preservatives, because the ingredients are processed waste and byproducts from other food processing.
