Anders kann ich mir die Reaktion (Ausladung) infolge des Teilwiderspruchs gegen "KI-Nutzung" nicht erklären.

Vielleicht mag' @maxschrems bzw. @noybeu und/oder irgendwer aus der #Jurabubble zu Datenschutz und #Arbeitsrecht das ansehen...

Good for you for pushing back! But it's pretty crazy that you got uninvited because of it!

It's extra annoying cuz they literally scheduled a.personal interview, send me their ToS and I was like: 'Okay except that whole AI BS' and instantly some manager canceled me as candidate.

• Not that I'd want to work for DIS AG / Adecco Group or would recommend them after this but basically he tried to double-down whilst rejecing me and when I summed it up that he just admitted that they are dependent on AI to do their job he was seemingly unhappy.

I was seconds away from telling the manager "If AI does your job, then why should anyone still pay you? Cuz by that logic you're deadweight!" but I'm not a sociopath who force-feeds people their own BS so I didn't...

I mean if they can uninvite me for enforcing my inalienable human rights then certainly they don't have a need for professionals or to fill a vacancy...
