Seems like something of a solution for some folks. There is probably a lot of 'excess' warehouse space around the country that this would be a better use for than ICE concentration camps.

Of course, a dry bed is a hugely important step, but then programming to start dealing with the associated issues and traumas is also necessary.

The two are different fingers of the same hand.
