Wray was careful about using that term, but he did acknowledge "racially and ethnically motivated violent extremism". So the meme is more or less correct.
"In fact, we've viewed it as such a critical threat that back in June of 2019 under my leadership, we elevated racially and ethnically motivated violent extremism to our highest threat priority on the same level with ISIS and homegrown violent extremists where it remains to this day." When Senator Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) asked Wray if he believed that the Capitol riot involved white supremacists and other violent extremists, Wray said that the Capitol riot involved violent extremists, considered to be domestic terrorists, who had a variety of backgrounds. He said that some of the arrested individuals from January 6 were militia violent extremists, such as those who identify as members of the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, while others were categorized as racially motivated violent extremists "who advocate for what you would call white supremacy," Wray said.
I did notice that the article you quote from is dated 2020. The meme is talking about testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee in December of 2023.
You should clarify that the meme incorrectly referenced a later meeting date, not that the white supremacy threat claim is false.
The 2023 meeting was long and i only browsed it, but as far as i can tell in the 2023 meeting Wray didn't change his claim about the threat of white supremacists he made in 2020.

"supremacist" does not occur on this page. "white" only occurs followed by "house."
